About

The leading cause of gear & bearing failure on rotary power frames is dirty oil & grease. It is now understood that maintaining clean oil and grease will reduce oil changes from twice a year to once every four years. Bearing manufacturers have gathered empirical data now for many years testifying that with clean oil, bearing life expectancy increases from 4,200 hrs. to 34,000 hrs. The founders at Isomag recognized this as well as noting serious additional costs leaking-oil has on equipment ownership.

Utilizing 16 years selling and repairing ANSIMAG sealess magdrive pumps and two leading Mechanical Seal brands, in 1994 ISOMAG, Corp. was established in response to market demands for increased bearing cycle life on rotary equipment. The founders utilized years of process sealing experience to develop a unique flat-face bearing seal that prevents lubricants from leaking to atmosphere while filtering external particles from contaminating pristine host equipment oil or grease. For twenty-eight years Isomag has been committed to researching, understanding, and perfecting liquid tight bearing seals that utilize natural magnetic energy. Today rotary gear drives and bearing systems  lubricated with oil, oil mist, or grease operate contaminant free in dynamic or static conditions. Isomag assemblies are applied in fleet and payload applications  on every continent.
