NAESA International is an organization open to individuals from all segments of the elevator industry who are interested in improving the manufacturing, performance, inspection and safety of elevators, escalators and other conveyances. NEIEP was established in 1967 by Joint Agreement of the NEII and the IUEC for the purpose of providing an exclusive program for educating and training elevator constructor mechanics and helpers.
The facilities of NETEC are authorized to test passenger lifts, goods lifts, hydraulic lifts, escalators, moving walks, firefighters’ lifts, lifts in potentially explosive atmospheres, machine-room-less lifts, mechanical parking systems, aerial work platforms, lift components, moving-walk components and escalator components.
